1) Register as a Provider
Clicking on Provider you will be redirected to another page where you need to start your registration. You will be asked if you have an Availity User ID. If you have just click Yes, I have an Availity User ID. If you don’t have one click on No, I am New to Availity.
Then tick on the box that you agree to Availity Organization agreement. Then click Sign Up.
The next step is to create your account. Enter your email address and username. Ensure your username is alphanumeric.
Thereafter you need to enter your personal details like:
- Full Legal Name and Nickname
- What you do
- Date of Birth
- Personal phone number
- Home address
When you complete click Next.
You will need to verify your personal information.
Once done. Then you can move to other steps such as your organization’s info, verify your organization, confirmation, and Next steps.
